Cookie Policy
Last updated: 24 May 2026. This explains how CARROTLY PTE. LTD. uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, SDKs, pixels) on this website and across our products.
1. This marketing site
This site (carrotly-ai.com) is deliberately lightweight. It does not set advertising cookies, and it does not load third-party tracking or analytics. The only client-side storage it may use is a single entry to remember that you've dismissed our cookie notice, so we don't show it on every visit. That entry holds no personal data and is never shared.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. "Similar technologies" include browser local storage, software development kits (SDKs) in mobile apps, and tracking pixels. They can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a provider we use), and either session (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (kept for a set period).
3. Cookies in our signed-in products
Aimpress, TooLong.xyz, HeyIsla, and Story Time Together require accounts, so they use a small number of cookies grouped as follows:
- Strictly necessary — keep you signed in, remember your session, secure forms against cross-site request forgery, and protect against abuse. These are required to deliver the product you asked for and are used without separate consent.
- Preferences — remember choices such as language, theme, or which workspace you last used.
- Analytics (optional) — where used, privacy-respecting product analytics help us understand which features people use so we can improve them. These are set only with your consent where consent is required (for example, for visitors in the EU/UK).
We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell data collected via cookies.
4. Your choices
- Where analytics or other non-essential cookies require consent, we ask for it before setting them, and you can change your mind at any time.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser or device settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the products from working.
- Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" or global privacy control signal; where we use analytics, we aim to honour these.
5. Third parties
Some cookies in our products are set by providers acting on our behalf — for example, analytics or error-tracking tools. The vendors we use are listed on our Sub-processors page. How we handle the personal data behind these technologies is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be notified in line with our Privacy Policy.
